Each location has the latest strength training and cardio machines to help people establishing a new full body workout. The fitness classes included in the UFC Gym prices include power Pilates, basic boxing, and various classes that combine different styles of Brazilian martial arts with resistance and endurance training. There are also classes for advanced gym members that focus on wrestling, grappling, sparring, Muay Thai, judo, and more. Members are also given access to a kids clubs, full locker room, a café, and personal training in a private training room.
The UFC Gym fees for joining vary and most locations offer a free four-day trial giving you an opportunity to experience classes prior to making a commitment. If you choose to continue your membership the monthly fee for an individual is 80 with up to $200 in initiation fees. Couples can pay $150 per month with up to $400 initiation fee. UFC Gym fees can be paid each month or once a year and there are no fees for cancelling a membership.
